Tristan Roquette
Tristan Roquette has spent more than twenty years building, buying, fixing and scaling gift and lifestyle brands. He has owned and run ten brands, and through his consulting company Egosolus he has worked with more than fifty companies across the industry, from brands and distributors to sales agencies and public-sector organizations.
He took Rewined into thirty-two markets, opened North America for Rivsalt, Vinoos and Candlehand, and co-founded a distribution agency he later sold to one of the brands it represented. At Ankorstore he worked the commercial side through the company's early hypergrowth, helping take it from zero into a real operation in under six months and part of the team that carried it to a two-billion-dollar valuation within eighteen months.
Today he owns and runs Piecework, a design-led gift brand carried in close to 3,000 stores, and Areaware, the New York design house he acquired in 2026 and is rebuilding for its next chapter. He is also building Twenty3, a wholesale intelligence platform, and consults through Egosolus.
In 2026 he moved to Siem Reap and started Peaceful Chaos, a working house on the river funded by those businesses. The point is simple. Give good people in Cambodia a real shot at building their own brands, without having to leave the country to do it.
