Stephanie Roquette
Stephanie Roquette is the B2B Sales Director across the Roquette group of brands, including Piecework, Areaware, Blank Story, and the projects growing out of Peaceful Chaos. She is also Managing Director of Intiion, the group's sales and support agency.
She is Tristan's wife, business partner, and one of the main reasons the group can operate at the pace it does.
Born in Stockholm and educated in Oxford, Stephanie brings a European eye to a business built across global wholesale markets. Before stepping fully into the company, she spent years raising their three children while the family lived across different countries and cultures. That experience gave her a practical understanding of people, places, taste, and how quickly a good idea can fall apart without the right follow-through.
Today, Stephanie leads the customer side of the group. She works with key accounts, attends trade shows, builds and manages sales teams, trains staff, and makes sure wholesale opportunities are handled properly from first conversation to reorder.
Her strength is knowing what stores need before it becomes obvious. She reads buyers, categories, colors, timing, and market shifts with unusual clarity, then helps translate that read into product direction, sales strategy, and customer management.
If Tristan is often the one building the structure, Stephanie is the one making sure it connects to the market. She brings the commercial discipline, retail instinct, and human judgment that keep the brands moving.
From Siem Reap, Stephanie helps lead the global B2B side of the group while staying close to the Asia-Pacific markets shaping its next stage.
